Great experience. I had them come out to repair my office's A/C. I called another company initially. That didn't go so well. So I called Ridge, and Buddy came out the same day and got us operational. The other company's tech said that the capacitors were blown because the outdoor unit was bad. He showed them to me and left them sitting beside the unit. I told this to Buddy who said, "I don't know where those capacitors came from because yours are still in your unit". Basically, the other company was trying to sell us a new unit. Buddy found the problem, fixed it, and got it operational quickly and professionally. I was super impressed!

Ridge Air Conditioning is such an Awesome Company! The Best! One of our tenant’s central AC quit! I called this morning 2/5/25 at 8:45 am, by 9:30 am we had one of their Awesome technicians here! By 10 am our tenant had his AC up and Cooling Properly! Thank you Ridge Air! Everyone at this establishment is Kind, Polite and Very Knowledgeable! I can’t say enough positive about this local-owned business. From the after-hours answering service, customer-service rep, to the service tech, and owner… everyone seems to be on the same page and genuinely concerned about getting a/c repaired quickly. Very responsive, super-friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to test everything. Also explained what they’re doing and researched to confirm the unit is still under warranty, even though it was purchased (by previous owner) from someone else. They’ve earned my business for life. Unbelievable the job that Paul Edwards performed on my air conditioning unit. we had a small leak in our unit in which he found. He totally got inside the unit to weld The leak. We’ve had other companies here for service, nothing like the performance, I witnessed. Thank you so much, for your service. I will call no other company as long as you’re around.
