Longwood Galleria Garage (Pilgrim Parking)

Got a duplicate charge for parking. I had told the attendant that I had stayed at The Inn at Longwood Medical and should be good to have already paid for parking until noon. He said I still needed to pay an extra $34 for 5 hours. I was charged for 5 hours since I checked out at 6am, driving out at 11am. I called the hotel and they confirmed that this was incorrectly charged.

Had an appointment today at BIDC and since this lot is across from it, I parked there. As soon as I entered all the spots were taken, moved to the next level and were also taken. The guy told me that double parking only and I had to leave my keys. This parking is terrible, very low ceiling, and too crowded. It's very uncomfortable for the price. If the price was low, perhaps I'd consider it. Will never park there again.

Couldn’t recommend this garage any less. One of the staff members was rude and unhelpful and the entire garage was extremely disorganized. I had bought a spot using Spot Hero and the staff told us that there were no spots left and we had to turn around and leave. Eventually, they put me in a space that wasn’t even an actual parking spot and that blocked multiple other vehicles in. I thought it was a self-park garage but they forced me to give them my keys and get a valet ticket. When I came back, my car was unlocked and my keys were in the front seat, free for anyone to take. Do not park here, especially if there’s an event happening in the Fenway area.

The parking spots are very small, and it's quite confusing to figure out where to pay.

Disorganized and unhelpful. We tried to park here since we were staying at the Longwood Inn. They had apparently switched to valet parking since there were no more spots and they were double parking cars. However, there weren't any signs and no one to give directions. While we drove around the garage looking for what to do, we saw 6 other confused drivers also looking for a spot who ultimately left. Eventually we double parked to figure out what to do and that is when someone approached us saying they were the valet. When we decided to not ultimately park there because of all the confusion, they didn't want to let us out because we had been there 18 minutes and only the first 15 minutes were free.
