Lonnie Sello Septic Tank Pump

Lonnie Sello and his son Lamont were a life saver today for my elderly Mother in Keysville. We had been stood up by several other septic tank servicemen before Lonnie Sello was recommended by Mr. D. Delaigle. I contacted Lonnie Sello and he assured me that he would be able to help us in the same day. His son Lamont followed up with a call, and he made it to my mom’s house just as promised. The work was completed quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Thank you both!

It's funny that after I use this service people in BC tell me "oh don't ever call Lonnie Towing" "they charge what ever price comes to his head." $225 bucks for a 5 mile tow. I think he got me.. But you live and learn. Won't happen again... can't give zero stars..

Lonnie is very difficult to understand over the phone, but he will try to comunicate. If your vehicle is towed after an accident, they are pretty good about letting you onto the yard to collect your belongings. Some of the other employees of Lonnie's are definitely more skilled at english, or at least phone converstations.

AAA provided him and though he rode pass me twice he did not bother to stop even though I tried to direct him by telephone. I had to call AAA to provide another truck. Lonnie was rude over the telephone and seemed incapable of understanding basic English. This guy is awful. Unfortunately, Google does not allow zero stars.
