Lonnie Watson Plumbing

Lonnie is super knowledgeable and a veteran of the industry. However my personal experience was disappointing. I called Lonnie to do a plumbing assessment and give me a bid. I paid 500 plus a 25.00 service fee for camera images, video, and a 3 line report. Lonnie refused to bid the project saying he didn't want to be involved. I am a huge believer that you should have the right to work whatever jobs you want, but I paid for an assessment of the plumbing system and a professional estimate of what he thought it would cost to fix the problem. He did not deliver. Lesson learned.

Watson Plumbing Looked at a a plumbing issue I had and wanted to charge $430 . I asked him why so much and was told it the coming and going to get supplies. Sorry but I’m not about to get ripped off by someone who simply looks at a faucet and gives a ridiculous price without Even looking at the type of pipes or anything else . How are you a professional plumber and not have basic supplies on your vehicles. I went to Home Depot and fixed the issue myself for Less than $120 . I wouldn’t recommend this person to anyone.

We recently changed from septic tank to city sewer and asked Watson Plumbing to complete this task. We found Mr. Watson and his crew to be professional, efficient, polite, thoughtful and helpful. They completed the task in a timely manner and left our property in better shape than what I thought when digging a trench and destroying a septic tank. I highly recommend this company and would call on them again if needed.
