Update Jan-2025: After experiencing great success with Lopez Exteriors on our roofing project last summer, we enlisted them again to do what we thought was a straight-forward project to replace 3 sets of steps on our 35-year-old deck. Once they got into building the steps, we realized that after 35 years, the deck had sagged, and the perfectly-level steps would not match the rest of the deck. Roberto did some amazing leveling and supporting of the old deck such that the steps and deck surface blended perfectly. Not only did he fix the sagging deck, but created some beautiful, solid, well-constructed steps off the back of the deck, that were above and beyond what we expected (as can see by attached pictures, both before and after).
