We first met with Renewal by Andersen and liked their presentation, but the price was shockingly high. A neighbor then recommended Benjamin Lopez (Lopez Repair), and we’re so glad we chose him instead. His price was extremely fair, and we now have higher-quality Andersen windows with the same warranties. Benjamin and his family team were professional, methodical, and clearly passionate about their work—prepping carefully, delivering excellent craftsmanship, and cleaning thoroughly each day. Our home is now quieter, warmer, more beautiful, and even came with a thoughtful finishing touch: a flower box installed for my wife.

Benjamin, the owner of Lopez Repair Services, did an excellent job fixing two casement windows that wouldn’t open. He quickly scheduled an evaluation, identified the issues, and even repaired one window on the spot by replacing a missing screw. For the other, he helped order the correct parts and returned to complete the repair once they arrived. Benjamin is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. Highly recommended!

We hired Benjamin Lopez to replace a very large picture window on the second floor of our townhouse. From the initial consultation to the final installation he and his crew were on point, on time, very knowledgeable about the different types of windows to choose from. He is a craftsman who is very meticulous, he covers everything before he starts. Works very clean and his prices are the best. I highly recommend him if you need work done. You will not be disappointed.

The window trim on my large, 8-foot window was falling apart on the outside. The handy man I initially called didn’t want to touch this project because it’s easy to shatter the long glass and create a disaster. Also not helping was that every time it rained, water was getting into wooden frame of the house. Mr. Lopez was able to masterfully replace the entire trim around; wooden border, precision bent aluminum, and caulking at the seams. He really knows what he is doing and I am still very impressed. The work that he produced makes my home look better from the outside and inside. You will be lucky to have him on a project!

We recently had our picture window and two adjacent windows replaced. The work was perfectly done. We couldn’t be happier with the results! They were prompt, courteous , neat and very professional from start to finish. The window required wood trim on the inside and the job was done meticulous!
