I happened to call Joseph the owner out the blue one day needing help with a 100 pound package and piece of furniture that FedEx basically left outside for anyone to just take in front of my building. He promptly came to the house while I was at work and made sure my furniture was brought upstairs a few flights in with my roommate. Then a few weeks later moved all my things from one state to another and was just the most professional with handling all my belongings and direct with everything he needed to help me make everything go smooth.
