Got stuck dealing with a long alley packed with snow and one of the drivers from Lorenz Inc, was flagged down and jumped in to help without hesitation. He finished clearing the rest of the alley and even put salt down. Super professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping my family and I out. This kind of service says a lot about the company. Appreciate them so much—highly recommend.

Lorenz did an outstanding job during our major snowstorm 1/27/26 and went well beyond what I expected!! They worked incredibly hard, cleared not only my driveway but also the road outside my house, and put down generous amounts of salt to make sure it was safe. Because of their efforts, I was able to get out onto the main road and make it to the hospital. What impressed me just as much was their integrity. When I tried to tip one of the worker as a thank you, he politely refused. Based on the effort, care, and character I witnessed today, they absolutely deserve higher reviews. I’d hire them again without hesitation!!!

I just watched a crew of guys from this company block off *all* of the handicap parking at my public library. And then witnessed them brushing off a person who had a valid handicapped tag who was following directly behind them and needed a handicap spot. They just shrugged and didn’t do anything other than wave in the direction of other parking. They certainly had the ability to pull the truck and trailer forward several feet to try and accommodate access. They hadn’t even opened the trailer to unloaded anything yet. They could have tried to pull forward or relocate the trailer. But no. That didn’t happen. Not cool. I feel appalled. I’ll be spreading the word. Melissa Borean, have you hired this company or are you complaining since a neighbor did and requested them at a certain time? Asking since you don't mention the work they had done for you, or the neighborhood, only you didn't want to be up at 7am like the rest of the working world and mommy's are.

Completely inconsiderate to those around them. Working on residential streets at 7 in the morning waking everyone up. Not the first time we have had to complain
