we've been using Loretto since 2001 and they are excellent. their plumbers really know their stuff and having the same guys come all these years is great. they remember your home and equipment, are very knowledgeable and repairs are quick. their pricing is competitive and we love giving our business to a small local company. I highly recommend Loretto.

Sent a workman to my house who stood in front of my furnace. He never touched it. He says you need a new one. I ask do you think you should take the front cover off a take a look? Nope you need a new one. How much is that? About 7000 maybe more. I say thank you for your time. I ask in the hardware store for a recommendation for a plumber.They tell me Toledo plumbing. I call they ,come over and fix the furnace . No problem since.

It is absolutely refreshing to come upon a company that is truly professional! Boiler and hot water heater replacement are major "stressors"! Loretto Plumbing completed the process of assessment, estimate,(at a fair price) and replacement seamlessly. Great Service, It has been three weeks since they visited, my boiler was shutting off by it self. They came in and after 20 minutes they figured out the problem. the unit that controls the water level on the boiler was not working properly. It was supposed to automatically feed water to the boiler when needed, the water level was down and that is why the boiler shut off.In one hour our heat was back up and running. When the heat is out, you must call someone really good to fix your heat the first visit they make. Shawn runs a tight ship and I thank them very much.

One of those plumbers who quotes “usual and customary” charges. I like plumbers who quote each job based on time and materials, as hard as they may be to find.
