DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! After six weeks of waiting with virtually no progress, we ended up having to do most of the digging and prep work ourselves. Instead of providing solutions, they repeatedly canceled, delayed, or gave excuses—everything from staff call-outs to vague scheduling issues. Meanwhile, we were left with a home that was unlivable due to having no running water and a non-functioning sewer. No family should be put in that position, and no reputable company should treat customers this way. For those wondering how we approached the situation: we were extremely patient and courteous throughout, giving them every opportunity to make things right. You can tell a lot about a company when things go well, but even more when there is an issue. I had a small issue after an installation this week. I sent an email after hours last night and by 930 AM not only was the technician back, but the owner of the company as well. You don't find customer service like that too often and I am so very happy that I chose to work with Losch. Thank you Butch and team!

In a world where it is so hard to get good service or even a return call from a company Losch stands above it all!! Prompt skilled service ! They are polite attentive and timely.

Top notch company! I had my boiler cleaned and a mixing valve installed. Joe and Mark did a fantastic job they were prompt to arrive, very professional, thorough, and informative on explaining things as they got to work. Had a MAJOR BLOCKAGE ! And when I tell you these gentlemen Matt, Mark , Jim and Brian really a god sends. I have a whole other level of appreciation for plumbers. Because they went through heck to get it open but they did and I’m very appreciative. They’re kind courteous and cleanly. And I’d recommend them and the services to anyone.
