Lou electrical recently heavy up the eletricity in my two investment properties, with some brand new wiring; and Lou did a fantastic job! Very impressed! Very good experience. Lou was very educated in his trade, professional, friendly and efficient. Clean up was great. We were extremely pleased. - 7/31/25 - Sorry to say I must revise my review. Fan install went well until the first fan motor was bad, making noise, so we returned it, got a new fan and Lou came to install it. He had to go up in the attic as he said the fan box was wrong. He didn't have one with him so he said he'd purchase one and be back in a couple of days. That was the last that I heard from Lou! I tried numerous times to reach him but no response. So the job remains incomplete. Bad work ethics. We are very surprised and disappointed.

On a Saturday I registered with a site to connect me with an electrician. While some services provided responses from representatives who didn't tell me much other than they didn't have availability until Monday and there would be a minimum charge just for making the trip but they couldn't give me any idea how much the service would cost… unlike them, Lou responded to me personally and came out the next day on a Sunday (free of charge) to give me a quote. He agreed to a lower price than initially quoted, pointed out some small things he threw in for free and gave me an additional discount when I paid him the day of service which he completed quickly and thoroughly a few days later, ensuring he met the deadline I provided so I wouldn't have to reschedule my appliance delivery.
