We went with Louden on a friend’s outstanding recommendation. After having gone through experiences with a bad contractor for a remodel, Louden has restored our belief in good, honest, quality work and pride giving great customer service. This whole process was flawless and could not have been easier. Everyone in the office and on site were extremely nice and informative. They work clean. They leave the site clean every day. No delays (thank you weather!) so they stayed ahead of schedule the whole way! We didn’t even have to think about anything; the work just got done efficiently. It took me a lot of time and consideration before deciding to get a pool. The minute I met DJ I felt like I had known him my whole life. He was super easy-going and didn't try to push anything I didn't want. He built me a beautiful pool within my budget and I couldn't be happier with the process. Sarah in the office is amazing. She got me answers to the many questions I had in the process and along the way.
