This was our first time using a rug cleaning service, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Our rugs came back incredibly clean—while we knew some pet stains were permanent, the overall freshness and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Scheduling was a breeze, the pickup and delivery process was seamless, and the staff was so friendly. The rugs were returned wrapped with great care, and to top it all off, the service was far more affordable than we expected—which is why we put it off for so long! My allergies are already thanking me for finally getting this done. Highly recommend!

Phyllis is the epitome of customer service and she went above and beyond to assist me in getting my carpet repaired. They did a fantastic job and my carpet looked brand new!!

I absolutely love Loudoun Carpet Care! Bruce has cleaned our carpet numerous times (we got a puppy) and has done an amazing job. I thought our pretty new carpet in the family room was going to have to get replaced but Bruce cleans it perfectly every time, The customer service is above and beyond. Bruce always calls the day before to confirm the appointment. He is always on time and he does a very thorough cleaning. I would recommend Loudoun Carpet for all your carpet needs!
