Julie was a great representative/sales. She listened carefully and match my requirements to the best solution. The flooring technicians did a great job measuring and working with me on floor transitions (particularly for the steps).

Loudoun Valley Floors came recommended to me by a family member who had previously used their services over a decade ago. The service I received was top notch. LVF was hired to refinish 100y/o hardwood floors at my house, and the results were exactly what we were looking for. Julio had great communication with me throughout the project, and his crew did an excellent job in protecting the house from excess dust being kicked up by their sanding. I highly recommend Loudoun Valley Floors for hardwood refinishing, regardless of the flooring age.

I can not believe the damage that was caused with my carpet install. I called them immediately once I saw the damage and they sent someone right out. The manager who showed up was quite rude, I said "you are okay with this work" and his reply was "I have seen worse, this is major construction" and when again asked if he would be okay with this work in his house he just said he has seen worse. He did offer to have a guy come back and paint but if his painting is anything like the carpet install I can only imagine it would be a horrible job. I did notify the company about the rudeness of this gentleman and my unhappiness with the solution and they offered us $120 off. And if you know the cost of carpet you know that is not a dent in the cost. My house should have been left in the same manner

We were extremely impressed with the job that the Loudoun Valley Floors team (Javier, Luis and Jose) did in our home. They made four visits on consecutive days to repair damage to our Quarter Sawn White Oak Hardwood floors that had deep grooves from a large dog’s claws. Shannon in the office was very easy to work with for pricing and scheduling. Steve and his team always exceed our expectations. Highly recommend Loudoun Valley Floors.

We’ve done business with Loudoun Valley Floors for two jobs. One to install carpet & one to install vinyl flooring. Everyone was great to deal with. Pricing was good. Installers did a great job. When we’re ready we already have our next job planned out for them. Highly recommend them.
