Loudoun Valley Floors completed a phenomenal flooring job for me. I had ancient carpeting in most of the house that desperately needed replacing. Melanie Stone provided all the information I needed to find an LVP flooring that was an extremely close match to the older wood flooring in the house. Once chosen, the measuring, estimate, and setting of installation dates followed swiftly. Melanie, Kiley, and Nicole answered all of my questions as I prepared for the installation with four cats in the house. Oscar and team actually started early so that he could assess the basement floor concrete, and they provided much needed self-leveling before the basement installation. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had our main floor replaced with engineered hardwood. Loudoun valley floors had a large selection that was price competitive. The sales person Nicole was excellent, she was quick to answer all our questions and provided all the details needed for a smooth process. The installers removed tile, carpet and hardwood in 1/2 a day and installed the hardwood very quickly while doing an amazing job. The job only took 2 total days and the team was excellent keeping the rest of our home with as little dust as possible. I highly recommend Loudoun Valley flooring, we had a great experience and love our new floors!!!

We had a great experience with Loudoun Valley Floors - they replaced carpet in three bedrooms and installed hardwood flooring in our hallway. Cost, responsiveness, and staying on schedule were most important to us for this project, and they delivered on all three. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend them for any flooring project!

I cannot say enough good things about LVF! We bought, closed and moved on a house SUPER fast! We wanted to carpet the basement play area and really wanted it to get done before we moved the furniture. We went to LVF 10 days before we needed install, and somehow they made it happen! They got the materials, came the day we closed to lay the tacking and then made it out on a Saturday to finish the job before movers came on Monday. Saved us so much headache! The entire sales staff was knowledgeable and amazing. Huge shout outs to Nicole and Melanie for prompt and personal service. Nicole is a boss woman who even came out and did the measurements next day for me. The install team was super sweet, professional and lightening fast! The prices are great and they had a wonderful selection.

I recently had my 16 year old wall to wall second floor carpeting removed and replaced with the same engineered wood flooring that was on my first floor. Loudoun Valley Floors did an excellent job. They were very accommodating, working around my scheduled days to work. The installation team were prompt and on time, never late, neat and meticulous in the installation. They sought my approval when the steps where stained to match the prefinished engineered wood flooring. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
