Louie fixed a mess that another company left me in for over a month. Louie was understanding of my dilemma. He said he could be here in two days on a Saturday and he was! He figured out the problem, explained the plan. Pumped out the tank, which he told me looked like it hadn't been done in 15 yrs. So in 2016 I paid another company for a job they didn't do. Louie cleaned out the drain field and repaired it. All the while letting me see how the job progressed and explained what he was doing. His price was VERY reasonable. Louie recently pumped my septic tank and distribution box. In addition, he flushed and vacuumed each individual drain field line saving me thousands. Thank you for your service and honesty. I will continue using you for future services. Thank you again.

Had Louie pump out tank . He was supposed to redo the drain field. He kept telling me this week then next week. Finally gave me a day then never showed up. Very unprofessional. Even asked him if maybe he didn't want to do job. Just kept stiffing me. Not a happy customer

I called louie because I needed my septic pumped. He came out same day and fixed it. Then told me that something needed to be fixed and would cost around $1200. After I was able to get the money together he came back and fixed the problem. He left a hole in my yard telling me that he would be coming back to cement it in after it dried but that has been over a month now. I've have been trying to call him almost every other day with no answer or call back. The couple times he said he would be here but never showed. I'm not sure what's going on but all I want is my yard fixed and for him to finish the job I paid him for....

He was a very very nice man. Very friendly and got the job done no matter what it took. It wasn't expensive and if he says he's gonna be there he will definitely be there. Thank you so much again and we will 100% recommend to anyone
