I just wanted to say how hard it is nowadays to find a reliable, honest contractor. We found Louis Pera Roofing through someone that my wife worked with several years ago. Finding Lou was a godsend and we have not looked back since finding him. His work is top notch and his prices are beyond competitive. He responds to your calls quickly and comes when he says he’s going to. Whenever we had an issue with anything he was quick to address it and always corrected things to our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Louis Pera enough, because he always goes above and beyond. He will never try to upsell you on anything like some contractors sometimes do. I wish there were more contractors out there like Lou with his integrity, honesty and his penchant for always doing impeccable work.
