Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and curtious. I had no idea about anything to do with our seltic and he very patiently explained just about all we needed to know! (we asked a lot of questions.) He let me know why there were two septics and even helped me dig the other one up just to check to make sure it was functioning properly as an overflow. It is very rare to recieve such good customer care like that these days. I would highly reccomend Lounsberry Septic!
I had them pump my septic a couple of years ago. They were very prompt, professional and thorough. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
Highly recommend!!!!! Reasonably priced..explained everything that could be wrong and what he wqs going to do .Would definitely have them again!
