Root Water Well Specialists

Have been customers of Roots a very long time. They installed our water well, water softener system and do all our maintenance. Well darn it our water pump finally failed after 39 years. Called in the morning and before 4pm the same day they had removed the old broken pump, installed a new one and made sure we had water. Thank so much! 👍

Other companies stated that they were weeks/months out in scheduling, but these guys worked with me based on my need at the time. We were having an issue with a lot of air in our lines from our well system. We had no idea whether it was coming from the pressure tank or the water treatment system. I was able to determine by troubleshooting on my own that it was definitely the water treatment system, but I have no clue as to how to fix such an issue. I called Root up on Monday and scheduled for a tech to come out on Saturday morning at 9am to see if they could resolve the problem. They sent out Ben. He arrived at the house about 15 minutes early. I took him to the basement and from that point, Ben went through all the troubleshooting steps to get the exact problem located, which he'd also determined was something with the water treatment system. Great experience and knowledge. They were able to diagnose a deeper electric issue than just the well working intermittently. They got me up and going and referred a great electrician that was here in a hour. They are very honest I was fully prepared to have them pull and replace the pump and ended up saving me alot of money. Thank you
