DO NOT USE- PRICE GOUGERS I called and set up an appointment, stating I would like my kitchen sink and faucet switched (I provided the sink and faucet). I asked for a quote and they said they do not do quotes they just charge $175 an hour. I asked how many hours the job would and they said no more than 2. I booked an 8:30am appointment, the first of the day. My appointment came and they were 10 minutes late, not a big deal. They were at my home with my girlfriend as I work at the military base and this is a simple project. After 10 minutes at my home, they said they needed parts and left to get parts. They were gone over 40 minutes to get parts to a project in which I clearly explained the day before when I set up the appointment. Also, I live a quarter mile from Phenix City Plumbing Suppl

All I can say is Michael took care of my mom's plumbing issues; as if he were doing this for his mom. He is so very pleasant and respectful . I recommend him to anyone !!!! He is such an asset for this company. We very pleased and happy. Thank you.

They came out to my house and fixed my broken pipe fast I had my water back that day. Great workers and very respectful

Had some minor plumbing repairs done (dripping faucets, stopped up drain, etc.) a few months ago. They were fast and efficient... even asked if there was anything else they could take care of for us before they left. Everything is still working perfectly so I could not be happier!

I can't even bring myself to give them a star. Our pluming backed up and they came and gave us two quotes, that part was fine. I did my part to file my home owners claim and secured the funds. The quotes were completed on 3/14/16 and I gave them the go ahead to start work. They informed me they would not be able to start work until the 4/4/16. That sucked but we understood that other jobs where before us. We took off work on 4/4/16 and waited Lovelace never showed up? Called them on 4/5/16 to find out what was going on and was told "they had other work that wasn't finished and they were doing it first."
