Lovern's Inc

A new Water Mitigation service that is local in Springs. I learned that it is being headed by a veteran, both in the Industry and the Military. Their equipment is top of line, and brand new. After they came to my house after my basement flooded with sewage they walked me through the entire process, made me feel comfortable and safe that the project was in good hands. They have an in-house reconstruction operation too, so the project was seamless. 10/10 service. Will be definitely handing out some business cards to my family.

The dude calls instead of texting like a normal person. Their crew left a huge mess in our kitchen twice, that was a week ago and there's still no lightbulbs put back in place. They left huge fans running at my house for 2 weeks, and instead of turning them off when everything was dry, they kept them running, clocked in an hour at my house to get paid, then did other jobs until they had the time to deal with us. Our utility bill is through the roof, all because they were too lazy to do their job right when it was time to do it. I hope I never have to work with them again. Their boss apologized about the mess, but they still haven't been out to clean it up, thus 2 stars.

Fantastic company from A-Z! Work was incredible, attention to detail was exemplary. Communication was fantastic. I am a picky person, and I had no complaints.
