UPDATE: 10/7/25 I emailed Mark Lovley after 8 years with a question about an upgrade I wanted to do. He happily got right back to me with some options and advice on contractors. I would recommend him 10 times over! After 8 years he is still as great as the day we closed! When you decide to build, you want to know that your house and future are in good hands, and that’s exactly how we felt the entire build with Lovley Development. My husband and I built our home with Lovley Development this year, and closed March 2017. The office staff is knowledgeable and knew what was going on through the entire process during the construction. Any time I called about any issue we had (which were few) someone was sent over to address it and worked around my availability. I love the beautiful high end design of the interior and landscape. We purchased a new construction condo built by Lovley Development. Mark and his team designed the interior based on our selections and the finished product was beyond our expectations. This builder refused to take responsibility for his actions. Our property developed huge sink holes, I sidewalk has dropped down over 1 foot. He came to look at the property a year ago and said that because a retaining wall was built after the home was purchased, he wasn't sure what was causing the sink holes, but the land was graded differently from when he graded it. The problem with this excuse is that the retaining wall actually removed land nothing was added that would cause sink holes. So his excuse was ridiculous, but since I did not know what was causing the sink holes I could not argue and it was evident he was not going to help. Well fast forward a year, I finally hired an excavation company to come in to dig test holes to see what is happening. Well guess what we found. H
