We had Steve come out and do a pole barn for us after the hurricane tore up our last one. He was very professional the work he did was absolutely amazing and we are so happy with the finished product. It took some time, but I would rather it take more time and do a good job then do a quick job. He did amazing work. His staff was very professional, and I would recommend him to anybody looking for some quality structures.

Update 11/2024 - after seeing this review and a fb post we put up with the review, as well as a text to Steve from a stranger reminding him of his obligation, Steve reached out and promised to finish the barn. He completed it over the next 3 weeks and gave us a credit for the metal we ordered ourselves that he used to help finish the barn. I’m glad it’s done, it looks nice. Future advice - be sure contractor is licensed, bonded and you never give more than the deposit, then follow the contract as far as payment. Do not pay anything else until trusses and all materials are delivered as noted in contract, no matter what. We are blessed this got finished. We had Steve come out and do a pole barn for us after the hurricane tore up our last one. He was very professional and very kind and the work he did was absolutely amazing. It did take a little time for the barn to go up, but I would rather it take more time than to do a half assed job. His work was impeccable. We would recommend him to anybody who is looking for quality work on their pole barns.

Mr. Pittman took full payment to build the shell of our house. After paying the final payment in December 2023, the work has yet to be completed as of January 2025. We had to take the last of our savings and pay for the roof material and labor a second time to protect our investment. We hired a lawyer and settled with Steve out of court. After two months, he stopped paying is monthly obligation and still did not complete the exterior of the house. We’ve banned him from our property and are legally pursuing. He took 10’s of thousands of dollars and did not complete the contracted work. I won’t even get into the failed inspections and terrible craftsmanship.
