From start to finish Lowell was so detailed and thorough. We have a 100+ year old house on a hill. The driveway replacement was tricky due to the driveway being up a hill, it running against the house and really close to the neighbors. The top notch crew was so knowledgeable, respectful and fast! Highly recommend them!

Wow. Where do I start. Met with Lowell, one of four estimates I got. Great information, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and personality. But, as importantly his price was much better than the other three. A little skeptical at first: that went away as soon as his crew showed up for the tear out. Extremely impressed with the efficiency. Showed up on time and did the job properly. Lowell also showed up to make sure thing went smoothly. Then, the next day, the concrete was poured. I watched and his crew is a “well oiled machine”. Super efficient and extremely focused on attention to detail. Following day the concrete was cut, cleaned up and sealed. If I could give Lowell ten stars I would. I have zero complaints and 100% satisfaction.

Lowell was great to work with. Communication was top notch. Estimate was very competitive. Lee and his crew came in and did a phenomenal job. Driveway replacement as well as stamped steps and sidewalks and plaza. We are the conversation house with everyone loving our stamped concrete. We will definitely use Lowell Russell Concrete again if we have any more concrete needs in the future.
