Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Overall, the customer service was great and the tech was very professional. Further, the pricing seemed very fair and they were able to get the job scheduled quickly. My issues are that the website said we would get before and after pictures of the ducts to show the cleaning which we didn’t receive. While this wouldn’t be that big of an issue, I’m seeing a lot of dirt coming out of the ducts especially from vents that are in the ceiling or high on the wall. It seems that the duct cleaning may have cleaned some but loosened more that was left behind which is pretty disappointing. I don’t know that I would use them again. TLDR: lots of dirt coming from ducts after the cleaning.

Really great experience with Oswaldo cleaning both our HVAC systems and dryer vent today. Everything was done efficiently and with courtesy and care. We have a cat, and he even took the time to ensure the door to the garage was secured safely as he was working for the safety of our pet. Pricing was transparent and there were no surprise. Would highly recommend.

Jaime was A-1. Top notch! He came through in a clutch. I just bought a new dryer in Dec & the code came up. The company told me to get my dryer vent cleaned out. He took his time explaining everything; showed me the issues ( the ventilation) and Jaime was so knowledgeable and professional! I’m glad I looked at the reviews & that they were able to come to my area.🫶🏽 thanks again Lowes AD & Jaime I highly recommend them. & this service if you never had it done before. Hint yearssss.. smh .Cleaned up and showed me the after effects of the completion.

This is the second time we've used Lowe's and had an amazing experience once again. Luis was a kind technician and went above and beyond. He was understanding of our need to use our back entrance due to recent concrete work, and was able to work around our dogs with ease. We'll continue to use Lowe's for future services.

Our technician, Belman, was very thorough, clean and courteous. He consulted with me several times to show me what he was doing. A great experience.
