Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Eduardo was the technician who was assigned to clean our air ducts. He arrived promptly at 8:00am, and worked diligently until about 11:45 am to address the ducts/registers on three levels of this large home. He was polite and personable and cleaned up after himself as he went along . That being said, there was a difficulty in communicating effectively with Eduardo because of his lack of proficiency with the English language. For example, before he began, I raised the issue of the before/ after photos of the ducts and how that offering was a deciding factor for us in choosing Lowes to clean our ducts. I asked him to show us the before pics as soon as he took each one before cleaning the duct ; he agreed to do so. He did not. I also asked him if it were possible to include the ceiling fans

I came home after Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning came and cleaned my air ducts and there was dust and debris covering my basement floor. There was obviously no clean up afterwards or they did not seal some of the ducts properly to allow for proper pressure. There was lint balls over the basement registers and some stuck to the floor joists by the registers. I was glad they reached out right away and gave me a full refund for the service but I would not recommend!

This is my third time using Lowes. Oswaldo did a fantastic job cleaning my home. He took his time and did an excellent job getting every vent in my home. Lowe’s have excellent staff, and I will definitely use Oswaldo and Belman in the future. Thank you have hiring great employees to represent your company well!

Juan Ortiz did an excellent job in my home. He was courteous, skilled, and on time. As you can see from tyne attached photos, this duct cleaning was sorely overdue. He also told me that my coil and furnace itself was good and didn't try to upsell me on those extra services. This is good because I had my furnace and coil replace somewhat recently. I highly recommend Mr. Ortiz for any duct cleaning you need. I will 100% call Lowes if I need their services again!
