Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

I had a great experience. Ernesto was responsive, timely, and thorough. He was excellent with my dogs. I’m so happy I finally got around to having our ducts cleaned as it had been quite some time. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent, the technician came right on time. He called to give me a specific arrival time which helped a great deal as I don’t live on the property. The service was performed promptly and efficiently.

Absolutely Fantastic. ***** 5-STARS ***** Ernesto called and came early which worked for us. He was polite and wore a mask the whole time here, even though I suggested he did not have too. Before and after pictures showed the great job he did. Price was fair and great for work involved. I was extremely impressed with the awesome job. I would recommend to anyone I know to use them.. I will give this a 3/5 being generous. I think they did an ok job overall. issues are 1.) I have 3 children and specifically asked if I should cover the beds / clothes / etc before the ceiling ducts/vents were cleaned because of possible debris… I was told no… now I just moved into this house and I know the vents were not ideal.. but after the job was done all 3 rooms with ceiling vents had debris all over the floor and some in the childrens crib / bed (some of which was mouse droppings) which I don’t particularly like the fact that mouse droppings were just left on my children’s sleeping areas with no cleanup or mention or anything, especially after I asked if I should cover them with plastic of some sort 2.) maybe more minor? , the vents are pretty well “cleaned” or should I say vaccu
