Dejan made sure that my air vents & dryer vent were cleaned perfectly! He was very thorough, kind, hardworking, & he made sure it was the best outcomes for me, after a previous subpar experience with someone else. I'm grateful for his skill & attentiveness! He made everything great!!

I had Lowes Cleaning Services yesterday and they did a great job, everything went smoothly, technician-Milan was polite , neat and left everything clean and even explained to me the whole process ! All recommendations, really earned 5 ⭐️ and my house smell fresh and healthy!!!

Dejan did a great job in cleaning the ducts. He came on time and vaccumed all the debris. He made sure the furnace is working afterwards.

Black and women beware! I hired this company so this is a real review. This company offers dryer & bathroom vent cleaning for $100 as a trick to get into your home. Once there; they will say they don't want to damage anything & won't clean the vents. They charge the most money for regular vents and even say unlimited because those are easier to cleaning with less debris. Remember, bathroom & dryer vents are separate from the vents throughout your home & more moisture is funneled through these vents causing build-up. I removed the bathroom fan so the tech could get access to the vent & still wouldn't clean the vent. Nik at the office said bathroom vents don't get dirty & this is a recorded line. I had an excellent experience with Lowe's Duct cleaning service. My technician-Milan, was superb and individually cleaned all my supply and return vents and HVAC unit. He stayed for 4 hours to complete the job, was courteous, neat and thorough. I can't say enough about Milan. I wish all service technicians could be as good as he was.
