Lowe's Fulfillment center

Adam was supposed to deliver our $2000 washer, called to verify the directions. 2 minutes later calls back and says he is at a road past the turn to our house. Calls again a minute later says he might have to reschedule so he can bring a smaller truck, he can’t get up our road. He wasn’t even on our road yet. We gave him directions for a different way to go, that was an hour ago. Haven’t heard a word since, he won’t respond to our text or calls! Only issue now is getting our refund, and never stepping foot in a Lowes again!!!

No appliance is worth dealing with this establishment. I spent three separate days trying to get my washer and dryer delivered. First day they show past the window and refused to deliver due to the ground being wet. A week later leads us to the second day supposedly the truck broke down. And today, once the truck finally got here it got stuck. I offered to pull the truck out myself being that I live on a farm so we were capable. In the meantime the driver was slinging mud everywhere, beating the steering wheel, yelling, honking, making an absolute mess. We got them unstuck. The other gentlemen gets out to let me know they would come a different day to deliver and install when the ground was either frozen or very dry. My nerves were shot. Talk about a company that doesn't know what the hell they are ddoing.yourself. waiting all day for a delivery that never came. Upon calling to inquire why, we were told they no longer had the product and we had to reorder it. We have kitchen installers at our house and now the stove top has to be reordered. Nobody called to inform us we wasted a day waiting and paying people to stand around waiting for something that never came. My advice never buy from Lowes unless your picking it up youself.

Not sure what changed from the first two reviews, but we received our refrigerator in just a couple of days. They were prompt and called to let us know they were on the way. Two young men moved it into the house with no problems regardless of the tight squeeze.

I had two young men come deliver a refrigerator and washer and dryer June 1st 2025 to my new home they was VERY RESPECTFUL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to do there job I will recommend Justin and Timothy anytime..
