I do not enjoy shopping at this location. During my recent visit I could not get any employee to help me find what I was looking for and the only employee that insisted on helping me was a customer service front end person that was watching self checkout and she was very pleasant and friendly and did her best to provide her help to show me where an item was located in the store. She could not leave her area to come walk and show me cause she had to watch self checkout and the person she did page to help me did not even know where the item was because he did not work in that department. Eventually someone that was knowledgeable helped me after waiting for over 20 minutes for assistance. They used to have people helping in each department but during this recent visit there was absolutely nob

Easy to navigate the aisles and staff is friendly & helpful. Love the variety of products as well. Good products, good brands, and my grandma adored the flowers/plants

They sold me an electric lawnmower that didn't work right out of the box. The batteries are no good. It's only been a few weeks since purchased. The lady at the counter told me it's not returnable because it was a special order. I didn't special order anything! I simply purchased an item on sale. Noone said anything about this being a special order or it not being returnable. Sure the receipt says that, but you don't get that until AFTER you've been hustled. TLDR: Lowe's sold me an item that did not work right out of the box without informing me it was a non refundable item and won't give me my $100 back. Shady business practices.

Shelves are fully stocked and employees are friendly but not very well trained in finding items in their store. The building is poorly kept up as far as drinking fountains and restrooms go. The whole row of drinking fountains were filthy and also sprayed incorrectly since they are dirty and fouled in the Abbeville, LA location. Management needs to better train their employees on locations in store and helping the customers and maintenance needs to take care of the fountains so they spray correctly and are clean, likewise check the condition of cleanliness and operations of the plumbing in restrooms. I have never been in a Lowe's this poor. I usually like Lowes.

12/27/24: I was looking for an upright freezer and found one. When checking for availability, we found it was not available at this store! Sales person looked for one at another store and found one not far away. Service was great, as was the price. We went to the other store, and Kate was already getting the freezer to the front for pick-up. I got the freezer installed, and it is working great and is ready for loading!
