Very honest, professional and kind service from the first time I contacted them until they completed the job. Answered all of my questions in a way that I understood. I would highly recommend R & B Cooling and they will continue to service my A/C system.
Very bad experience. Damaged property and only fixed half of what they damaged. Never fixed the AC. Brock told me if I changed the duct work my AC would work perfectly. He changed it and it still wasn’t cooling. After several times at my house, they could never fix it. I finally called a reputable company and they fixed the problem immediately. I have never had a bad experience like this ever.
5 stars on price; 4 on response takes a while to get back to you; problems I had were taken care of bc that individual no longer works for company I've been told. Was happy with hard pipe main trunk installation.
Great service came after normal hours to get me running.
