Workers avoid eye contact and won't speak until spoken to. That's fine, I still got help when I needed it and that's what matters. I love this store and I can usually find everything I need. The store was clean and none of the staff was just standing around which was nice to see as well. Signage was great too! 10/10

On February 2nd I came in to purchase 3 ring door bell cameras on isle 5, took over 30 minutes to receive help after asking for help numerous times. All the workers said they was busy helping someone else but was walking to the back being seen not helping anyone, then finally Ashley was nice enough to come over and help us around 3:30pm and she was so nice , this store needs to do better.

I would give no Stars if possible. I have spent over 7,000 dollars to have windows installed and you guys( Lowe’s) have dropped the ball every step of the way you have a lack of communication with your customers and nobody knows anything from the store manager Whitney I believe is his name to store associates corporate nobody could give me any information you call the store to speak with the store manager they put you on hold cause he doesn’t want to deal with complaints and they never come back to the phone and let you know anything no one called me to let me know my windows had reached the store I called and the young man that works in that department went the extra mile to look for my order and found it my windows had been in two weeks the installer was suppose to let me know that my wi

I had a stellar experience at Lowe’s yesterday all due to an employee named Denzel!I have never been treated with such kindness. Anyone can tell he is an exceptionally hard worker and loves his job! He treated me and other customers with respect and efficiency! Although we routinely shop at Lowe’s, Denzel is why I will choose to return.

Luis was great in the paint department. Had a good conversation to go along with the service. 5 stars.
