Lowe's Home Improvement

We have been struggling this last year with this location. We try to stay loyal to a store where we hold a credit card and use it year-round, but I think we will have to take the time to drive even further than our usual 40 minute commute just to get to a different location. We buy pellets here to heat our house every year (on top of all other gardening and home improvement projects). This location has employees who aren't on the same page regarding customer service policies. The forklift operators do their best even though it takes close to an hour to get a pallet in our trailer. This last visit the propane ran out, the battery died and the forks damaged a few $7 bags of pellets. In the past we have have had great service getting these damaged bags replaced but this time customer service

Straight up, this Lowe's in ABQ is a step above. Adrian and Sam were two associates that made my experience exceptional. They helped me load product and then were supportive in ensuring I had everything. These two lads made my day.

Regarding a refrigerator purchase from the Lowe’s store 1543 this past weekend. On Friday, while in the middle of a household move, we visited Lowe’s and selected a refrigerator. A store employee (who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - our issue is not with him) confirmed that the unit would be available for pickup the next day. Based on that information, we opened a line of credit, proceeded with the purchase and made immediate logistical decisions to accommodate pickup. On Saturday, we sold our working refrigerator to make space, rented a trailer, and drove to the store to pick up the refrigerator—only to be told that it was not actually available for pickup. We were assured that we would be contacted with a delivery plan today. After speaking with the delivery representative,

The store was very well organized, and all stocking was neat. Some stores are a mess and you can’t find what you’re looking for. Also, people were very helpful. I knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. I needed to make a return and it was quick.

I waited for at least 40 minutes today for a hardware associate to assist me in locating a specific screw or bolt I required. I approached several other associates for assistance, but all they did was call for a more qualified individual. I am highly disappointed, as I intended to return home before the onset of rain and snow.
