I recently purchased a Bosch 300 Series dishwasher and have been very disappointed with its performance. It has struggled to properly clean and dry dishes, which is not what I expected from a brand with such a strong reputation. I relied on Consumer Reports’ high rating when making my decision, but based on my experience, that rating does not reflect the product’s real-world performance. Additionally, Lowe’s 48-hour return policy left me in a difficult position. It took several wash cycles to fully realize how poorly the dishwasher was performing, and by that time, the return window had closed. I would strongly encourage buyers to thoroughly test any new appliance immediately and to carefully review store return policies before purchasing.

My mom and I always enjoy shopping at Lowe’s — there’s always someone ready to help us right away. Today, Chris was especially helpful when we were struggling to find the right sink pipe. He immediately knew exactly what we needed and grabbed the correct product for us without hesitation. He even remembered the sizes by heart! We were so relieved and happy with his assistance. If I could leave zero stars I would. To the staff I encountered yesterday, really?!! I visited Store #0715 at 6750 Richmond Highway Alexandria VA 22306 yesterday around 1:00 pm. I had five interactions with store employees that left me were so utterly terrible I simply left the store. First, I approached the return counter for information on where to find an item. There were two women at the desk chatting with no customers. I waited about 30 seconds and it was obvious they were ignoring me, hoping I'd go away. I said "Excuse me, but..." and before I could finish one of the women, with a very sarcastic smile and loud tone pretty much yelled "Hello and how are you this wonderful day?!!!" I wanted to say "Sorry I interrupted your conversation, but..." then stopped myself. I walked away and

I want to give my heartfelt thanks and full recognition to Tiffany Burns, Kitchen Designer at Lowe’s. This review is only about Tiffany and the incredible service she provided. I’ll be writing a separate review about KraftMaid and Lowe’s as a whole — what went wrong and what went right — so that future customers are fully aware of the challenges I experienced. But today, I want to highlight Tiffany alone, because she deserves it. I’ve been without a kitchen for six months, and the process has been extremely frustrating at times. But through it all, Tiffany has been professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. Terrible staff. They have no knowledge of the products and absolutely no willingness to assist. It honestly feels like they don’t even want to work there if it wasn’t for the easy paycheck. This has happened multiple times in this store. Now, the so-called store manager is even making up excuses to avoid helping, claiming that “online prices and store prices are different,” and refusing to match Lowe’s own online pricing. On top of that, I just discovered that all of my Black Friday online orders were cancelled without any notification. Completely unacceptable customer service from start to finish.
