Stan, Addison, Ana, and Adelina were the worst. This evening solidified that we will no longer shop at this Lowe’s ever again—unfortunately. Possibly at any Lowe’s after this interaction and complete lack of customer service. The first issue was a plant my mother and I had seen multiple times over the span of a week while shopping at this Lowe’s. It was clearly dying, not cared for at all, yet still priced at $24.98. As plant lovers, it’s hard to see and honestly upsetting, but that’s beside the point. I went to customer service because I have previously purchased better-looking plants from their clearance section for half off or less, and I wanted to see what could be done for a dying or dead plant. My husband, daughter and I came in to view the washers as we just left home depot. Lowes has a greater selection for washers in store. I was greeted by Rita who said she's normally in cabinets section. She was absolutely the best. I picked her brain apart and felt very bad for the amount of time I spoke with her. As I was very thorough and indecisive, she was also and was outstanding on explaining. I had many concerns and questions on the different types of washers and their features. She gave me her real life experiences, and was a very real individual which I liked. She was very attentive at listening to my concerns, wants and needs when purchasing this appliance. I'm a 30+ year commercial account customer who has spent a great amount at their stores over the years. This past Saturday I went to check out at the pro counter and didn't have my card with me. It has never been a problem in the past but the young lady and her manager refused to take 2 minutes to look up my account after I had spent an hour finding everything that I needed. Went across the road to Home Depot which was so much busier and had a better selection! Not surprising why Lowe's had so few customers and they just lost another one!

I recently placed an in‑store pickup order at Lowe’s, but because of the size and type of items I purchased, it ended up needing to be handled curbside. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of being helped by Fritz, who absolutely went above and beyond. From the moment he saw my order, he immediately recognized that it needed to be picked up at a different part of the store. Not only did he clearly explain where I needed to go, he actually waited for me to get there—something you don’t see often these days. Had a great experience at the Lowes in Apopka. Mr. Tiny in the lumber department helmed me with cutting my wood slats to the exact sizes needed and made sure everything was precise. Excellent customer service. Very much appreciated!
