Staff were helpful but there was an advertising issue and confusion. This washer/dryer set had a deal sticker on it that wasn't for this product. Very misleading. When we brought it up to an employee we were originally told they would honor this sticker deal price since it was clearly on this product. We decided to buy them and then the manager came. He told us that the sticker on the product does not mean it goes to that product. We didn't want to argue and continued shopping. As we walked away they took the sticker off and placed it on the correct product. It seems this error was on multiple products in the appliance section. Don't have an employee tell us the deal price would be honored only to have the manager change their mind.

I ordered a custom therma-tru door through this location. I specified clear glass when I ordered it. They printed off a piece of paper that I looked over and OK’d that said clear glass (which I still have). When she went to actually send the order, something happened with their system and she had to “rebuild the door real quick”. When the door arrived and I went to pick it up, it had some kind of fancy patterned glass in it. I rejected the door, the doors lady wasn’t there so I called in the next day to get it figured out. She told me that particular door doesn’t come with clear glass (it does) and said she told me that when I ordered it. They guide you thru the process of helping you choose your blinds, shades, shutters or drapery, simplifying your purchase. They also have great professional installers! I loved my Design Consultant and the consultation and measure were complimentary!

DO NOT ORDER INSTALLATION SERVICES My washing machine recently failed so I ordered a new washer through Lowe's website. I additionally purchased removal of my old washer and installation (and "required" hardware that I already had... but okay.) When the installers arrived, they refused to touch anything near the water outlets because they were "too corroded" and presented a liability (see photo). Well... That is basically all of the installation of washing machine. They took the old washer and left the new washer as-is. No help installing, no leveling the washer, no test-run... Why did I pay for installation? Nothing was done. Won't be shopping at Lowe's at all in the future, Home Depot has done better work in the past and has all the same offerings. Assistant Manager “ Charles” is rude and very unprofessional. I recently purchased a snow blower at this store in Arvada. The sales person told me I had 90 day to return it and one year if I charged it to my Lowe’s Credit Card. I decided in less than 2 months and never using it that I wanted a gas powered one instead. I was confronted by AM Charles that I could not return it after 30 days and outside of the box. He said it was a company policy that is printed on my receipt and all over the store in a 70 page policy. I asked him to show it to me and he couldn’t. Even though his own employee personally told me I had 30/365 to return it. Charles was rude, confrontational and not professional at all. I will avoid this store at all cost, and will highly recommend the Westminster store if
