If I could give them 0 I would. Started a process of replacing my laundry room door 3 months ago. Peter was my sales associate, paid for the door and the measure, was told it would be a few weeks since it had to be ordered, that was fine. Got a text message for an install for September 10, confirmed appointment and had someone be at the house for it.....no call, no show! Had to go back up to the store to hear an excuse oh the door was no to scale blah blah blah but someone could have called ahead of time and rescheduled my appointment, right? Lowe's had to reorder the door again, charge my card again and reschedule another time...fine, things happen right?! 2nd appointment, got a text again to confirm my time and date for October 14th, again I havr to get someone to be home.....and AGAIN

Since my friend called corporate and they said their was no way to send in pictures or videos, guess I will post it here. She had ordered items that got delivered the next day from this store which was yesterday 9.5.25. The delivery arrived about 9:15 am. Opened the bag and noticed 2 of the items were opened and one box in particular was obviously banged up and parts falling out of the box. These were bathroom faucets and anyone with a brain could see that the item was used and should have been marked out of stock. There was thread still wrapped on it where someone has installed it, there was empty packaging inside the box. This was not a case where someone the store sent a sealed box and didn't know what was going on. That box should have been MARKED OUT OF STOCK. There was another box t

I have a customer that needs to replace over 1400 square feet of engineered wood flooring. Called this location and another, transferred several times to the flooring department only to reach no one and be left on hold for over 30 minutes. Both locations did this. We'll be taking this business elsewhere.

This store needs a 0 star! I placed an order on 12/14/25. I was unable to pick up the order. On 12/19/25 I received a final reminder email stating the product would be held until 12/21/25. I left the country on 12/23/25. Lowes claims that my order was picked up 12/24/25 and I was charged for the items. Better check those cameras to see which employee took the items out of the locker! I was told I had to call the store so I have been trying the store for 2 hours. The AI assistant keeps claiming someone at customer service will answer - NOT!!!!!

I broke my foot and was hobbling around the store on 2/11/26 trying to purchase ceiling fans. Ralph or Randolph (cant remember his name) recognized I was struggling and helped me pick out 2 fans and some other supplies, push the cart to the register to check out, and loaded the items in the car. Great customer service.
