Lowe's Home Improvement

I had a great experience at this store. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I asked an associate named Dylan. He was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic—not just pointing me in the right direction, but actually walking me to the item and even helping load it onto my cart. At other stores or brands, staff sometimes just point, and I still end up not finding it. Many thanks to Dylan! By the way, I was buying a 32-pack of bottled water. The Lowe’s app showed it as Aisle 1, Bay 1, which wasn’t correct—it was actually located near the entrance. That’s why I couldn’t find it and had to ask for assistance.

I like Lowe's but a little respect please. Waited almost 30 minutes. I was 3rd in line. It was lined into store. And these two employees just stood there and talked. Helped absolutely no one. Not even themselves. For 30 minutes! Poor girl on register at service desk.

I placed an online order for a friend in Marion. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. So I told the customer service person I would get it together and she told me she would cancel the online order. About two months later they billed my friend for an order he didn't get & I didn't pickup.(with in mind she done a counter checkout for what I got that day. I was told the online order was canceled but apparently it wasn't. I feel sure that it was a lack of communication from one shift to another shift or one person to another person. It woukd really be nice if someone from the main office would look into this matter and make it right. I can't say enough about how much I love this location of Lowe's in Banner Elk NC. I'm new to the area doing a renovation close by to the store. The customer service is next level. From pick up Internet orders to in store help with products. The staff is top notch. I'm an old school tool guy and very particular about what I buy. I recently needed a new nailer. Didn't want the one I previously had so I asked Erick at the pro desk if he had any opinions. He explained to me the different ones and I'm completely satisfied with what he suggested. I also saved 30 dollars since I was a pro member. I wish I can name all the associates by name that have helped me. Julie and Kris to name a few. Now theres my dog Xena. This is the most dog friendly place I've ever been to. She absolutely loves this

We have shopped often at this Lowes. Every time we visit our home on BEECH Mountain a Lowes trip is required. We have found the staff helpful and friendly. We especially like placing orders for pickup. I appreciate that the bathroom is located at the front of the store and they have really big signs at ceiling level for each department which is very helpful.
