Everything within the store is well organized and labeled, including the outdoor garden section. The staff here tend to be helpful when needed, just wish they could be found more easily to track down, but this could likely be done through having additional members of the Lowe's team on staff, ESPECIALLY during times like holiday weekends, or just weekends in general. If you plan to come here for delivery, be prepared — not for work, but for survival. A large company accepts large shipments, yet fails to prepare even the most basic conditions for drivers. Snow, scattered materials, and complete disorganization turn maneuvering into a challenge rather than a routine task. The entire area is covered in ice, untouched and untreated, creating unnecessary risk and danger. Instead of efficiency, you will test your patience and nerves simply trying to do your job. And if you need a restroom, be ready for a long journey — apparently, basic respect for drivers is not part of the welcome here.

A month after paying in full, I still have an unhooked oven/stove, and a hallway of subfloor. All of the materials have come in, but I can't get anyone on the phone to schedule installation. I was promised multiple times that the store manager would be calling me that day, it was escalated, etc....I give up. I'm getting a refund and starting over with a company that doesn't take thousands of dollars and ghost you. I've had great experiences in the past with toilet installation, but the floor has been a debacle, and I would never recommend them. And it's not the installation company that's to blame--they were great. It's Lowe's. Specifically, this particular Lowes.

The store is very clean an organized. The staff is courteous when you can find them. I waited 12 minutes before an employee walked by and then he had to get someone else. If I didn't need a key to get my item, I would've been in and out. I do appreciate the Veterans discount. I will be returning here.

Theresa in appliance is the best. She exemplifies what a 5 star employee is. Anyone I know at work or in the community knows that she truly cares about her customers and has such extended knowledge of the products she represents. She should be commended. My family and I will always use Theresa for any of our appliance needs.
