Lowe's Home Improvement

Went to Lowe’s yesterday to Make a return and the young lady at customer service was amazing!! I believe her name was Chasin. She made the process simple and was very knowledgeable about the return policy. She was very respectful ! I hope I see her every time I go. Thank you for the amazing service.

We had a wonderful experience at the Beaufort SC Lowes. We went to pu a new grill for my daughter's beach house. It wouldn't fit in my SUV. An employee, named Shalexia helped us problem solve and make a plan to get the frill delivered. Shalexia was helpful, personable and fun to work with... her smile was contagious and she could not have been more pleasant and competent!

I have always enjoyed shopping at any Lowe’s store but today we met a very kind and helpful gentleman who works at Lowe’s Home Improvement in Beaufort. I was unsure about a product and he took the time to listen, he was listening and then shared his suggestion and advice, and it ended up that I purchased not one but two of the products because Nesby was so thoughtful and helpful. If I had a business I would want to have people like Nesby there to help customers solve problems. Thank you for hiring people like Nesby who care about customers and represent your store in the best possible light.

Why cant all lowes place carts in the same place? In the middle of isles or in the parking lot. I walked around looking for a cart longer than I shopped. I was too frustrated to shop anymore after finding a piece of junk cart in the parking lot. Does Lowe’s not care about their stores working properly. Most all Lowe’s has a sink faucet in every bathroom that does not work. How does this look make Lowe’s look as a home improvement store? Lowe’s needs to improve their stores before trying to sell home improvement items! This one sucks and we shop Lowe’s all over NC, SC, and GA. They all need improvements. I didn’t have a good experience at this Lowe’s this morning.

I bought some plywood online last Friday, Dec.26 I get there, they load me up. When I get home I find out its the wrong one. They were suppose to ship me the right one the following Tuesday. Delivery guy calls and says, they messed the order up that he doesn't have the Delivery. So now they set it up for TODAY, and now they are telling me the oder has been canceled. Like, what the hell... and now, Im trying to get someone to answer the phone for the last 15min now. Im currently waiting as I write this review. Very Unprofessional!!
