Lowe's Home Improvement

I ordered my Mom a stove for Christmas and the brand is Midea electric stove. The delivery guys have not heard about this love so when hooking it up the made sure the burners came on but not the oven so when my mom went to cook the oven did not come on. Read through the book as well as went online and found tops to get it out of demo (travel) mode ect nothing so that Friday the same guys came and said the heating element is faulty. So here we are on Tuesday they are delivering another stove. I will update my post if it all works out. Let's just hope Christmas dinner will not be take out. 😭🤞🏼

This is a review of this specific location, not Lowe's as a company. We've typically chosen Lowe's over its competitors for many years now, at all the various places we have lived. It's always seemed more consistent. However, since moving back to the area 2 years ago, and purchasing a home with a large yard, we've consistently been disappointed by this locstion (which is unfortunately our nearest one). We've had a pretty constant schedule of home and yard projects, so we've visited this locations at least 3-5 times a month for the last 2 years. (No exaggeration). More often than not, when we've needed assistance, we've had issues finding someone, or waiting for the help once requested. On at least 4 occasions, we've waited 35-45

I had an outstanding experience at the Lowe’s in Beaumont, TX today thanks to Amaya. She and a colleague were busy outside helping families with little projects when I approached her about a problem with my curbside order. Without hesitation, she located my order and personally carried it all the way to my car. This went far beyond her normal duties, and her quick, helpful, and kind response truly made my day. Amaya’s dedication and customer service deserve recognition—thank you for going above and beyond!

I got assistance quickly through the whole visit. Salesperson, Jose, was very helpful. Good selection of items.

I have done business at Lowe's in Beaumont for decades . Unfortunately that all came to an end today. I went in today and purchased a list of building materials for a remodeling project I'm working on. I found all the items I needed and paid for them. The sales associate called for a forklift operator to come get a container of Bead Board off an extremely high shelf and I was told it would be 30 minutes before the operator was free. Over the next 2 hours the incompetence I witnessed was unbelievable. The only thing worse was the indifference shown by the associates. There were 4 or 5 calls made to supervisors that were never answered. The young lady at the service desk did manage to refund my money without incident. Long story short this will do me with Lowe's. Having 1 certified forklift
