Lowe's Home Improvement

I ordered three pieces of wood supposed to be 5’. I get home and they’re 4’10”. Those two inches were absolutely needed for my bed to be properly fitted. Their resolution: they want me to run back to Lowe’s and pick up new pieces of wood. So I had to haul three pieces of wood up and down four flights of stairs and another three pieces of wood up four flights of stairs again. Not to mention hauling them in and out of the store. They really give you a run for your money even though I’m paying.

Loved it .. found a great price on a wine color paint that was only 15 bucks for a gallon on the mistint paint rack.. deb helped greatly at the self checkout

Enough people to help with every need. They have the best selection of exotic house plants, ive gotten every single washer and dryer from here. Very easy to navigate the store!

Been there multiple times but after the last time I was there I'll never go back. I Tried to warranty some Craftsman tools and was met with attitude and the excuse that I had "too many". Completely unknowledgeable staff who besides a young gentleman working in the garden section had no idea what they're talking about. Just go to home Depot
