Lowe's Home Improvement

I recently visited Lowe's in Maryland and had a great experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything from gardening tools to home improvement supplies. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions I had. I appreciated the wide variety of products, reasonable prices, and the overall clean and welcoming environment. Definitely a go-to spot for DIY projects and home essentials!

We just bought a washer and dryer from Lowe’s. Peter was our salesperson and did a great job. He helped us make our decision. We also want to give a huge shout out to our delivery men - Emerson and Edwin. They were amazing, incredible, and extraordinary! They had to deliver our washer/dryer down our very long driveway that was icy and quite narrow. They even hauled away our old washer/dryer. It was a lot of work but very much appreciated. They did a really great job!

If you don't want to sell something, please take down the prices and display something that states that it is not for sale. I paid an employee to take a truck to pick up this beverage cooler today only for the store to tell my driver it's not for sale.. Frustrating when I want to give a store my money for a product they have displayed for sale and they refuse to sell me the product.. They said they cannot sell the display model, but please look at the attached picture and tell me if you would think that this fridge is not for sale.. I have sat on the line with customer service for 30 minutes, she seems to have just set the phone on the counter because I can hear people in the background. It seems she is hoping I will just give up which I guess I will soon.. I've spent $200 dollars bet

I had a very positive experience at Lowe’s, starting with a return. The associate who helped me was friendly and welcoming, and the return process was easy and pleasant. I left that interaction feeling genuinely good. Afterward, I stayed to look for a specific type of paint. I asked an associate who was standing in the aisle for help. She took a moment to look at the product on my phone, found it on her device, and told me exactly where to find it. When I went to the aisle and row she directed me to, another associate walked by, asked if I needed help, and immediately pointed out the item I was looking for. Always check your bank statements and Lowe’s account you have. My dad been doing his best to communicate with Lowe’s staff. An employee created second account, and taking my father hard work money. Certain staff will scam you. Be careful local small companies. Always check and don’t delay. First Lowe’s we encountered with this issue. We are not sure if is race related or if they thought my dad does not notice. Hopefully Lowe’s gives my father money back. Will update if this was resolved. A little update: one of the managers said to my dad, “you can leave a review, but who’s going to believe one of you people “. So for sure it’s racism. I left a review, it may not be seen but hey I’m truly disappointed.
