Lowe's Home Improvement

Last night I went to the new Lowe’s and felt right at home . I purchased some pea pebbles and some adhesive. The team that was working loaded the bags of rocks in the back of my trunk . I am really impressed with the layout of the store and the customer service.

Lowe's is huge of course everything is stocked because it's new customer service is on point even the manager introduce his self to me everyone said hello from the time I walked into the store that was the first until the lovely self checkout cashier Anaya she was amazing!

Friendly and helpful faces at this location of Lowe's! This is a convenient location and a welcome addition to Braselton! They are fully stocked and easy to find what you are looking for!

5 people standing at self checkout to make sure nothing is stolen. Meanwhile, the rest of the store has no one to help you. The two people that I did see that worked at Lowe’s and were not at the self check out cashier, dodged me and ducked away before I could ask them to help with a plumbing fitting. My advice would be to drive another five minutes down the road and go to Home Depot and get your project handled in one trip.

Just visited this Lowe’s location for the first time — very nice store! It was clean, organized, and easy to find exactly what I was looking for. There were plenty of employees around, and although I didn’t need any assistance this time, I’m confident they would have been happy to help if I had asked. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely be coming back.
