Ordered a $1,700 special order shower enclosure, wrong unit was delivered. Customer Service said I could have the wrong item picked up and the correct unit could ship in 7 days. I told them I had the contractor at my house this week based on the scheduled delivery date. They said it “happens” nothing they could do about it, the vendor messed up! I told them this is your vendor not mine and you need to get this corrected this week. They said they could not do that. Spoke to the Manager ( Nick) he told me the same thing. I then spoke to the associates who took my order, he was more helpful John and Chris they at least got me in contact with the Vendor so I could call them directly. I am now waiting on their Vendor that I had to call to correct the mistake. Lowes really should have taken the

I had a great experience with Catherine today, she was very knowledgeable about the tile we were looking for and helped up through every step of the process and choosing what we needed to complete our project. Having other projects we will be working on as well, I’m glad we found someone we can go back to next time for help.

Jill in paint and Catherine in bath/kitchen/EVERYTHING were amazing! Our cabinets began to separate from the wall in our home less than a year after purchasing it. We took all of the cabinets down and decided there’s no time like the present to do a mild remodel. Jill was so sweet and helped match our dream color for the kitchen and helped us find the paint that would help keep our kitchen tidy (does well with water, stains, etc). And Catherine…she was just wonderful! We were obviously stressed and excited, she was patient and helped match our dream paint with dream tiles! She also helped find grout for us that would match our vision and our needs and help ring us up in her section so we wouldn’t be stressed bringing everything to the front and potentially forgetting something. 20 out of 1

ordered a kerosene heather and 3 containers of fuel. Got a delivery confirmation from the "driver". 2 Of the items were delivered to the WRONG HOUSE. When I called Lowes to sort the issue, I got a run around from the manager of the Brick NJ store. She said she could not get any answers from the delivery company... I asked for the number and called myself. The dispatcher could NOT GET IN TOUCH with his driver, in essence the driver delivered 2 of the cheapest items to the WRONG house and KEPT THE 2 MOST EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Called Lowes back and got a run around again. Cancelled the order. LOWES and WALMART use 3rd party companies like SPARK, INSTACART and ONLINE deliveries. THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THESE DRIVING PLATFORMS DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH NOR DO THEY GIVE A SHIT ABOUT WHAT AND WHERE THEY DEL

Lowe's has a ton of great stuff if youre looking for products like a fan, a rug, blinds, or lighting. I shop here all the time and generally find great deals for the house. But I can't recommend the lumber. Every time I buy lumber here it's basically crap. The trims ok though. Also Lowe's is a lot less crowded than Depot so id recommend it for everything but wood.
