A large, spacious, clean and well designed super store having hardware, tools, home construction materials, electronics goods, paints, oils, improvement items, gardening stuff, etc.Has ample parking. We were primarily looking for concrete mix and portland cement ; the staff helped us much. Suggest a large Lay out Map at the entrance to help the incoming customers.Will save the time staff has to guide. The prices, though competitive, are higher in overall national context.Affordability of customers should be taken into account.

On Sunday, February 22, 2026 around 1023hrs I went to Lowe’s in Brockton to return a product that I purchased on 12/6/25. The rude unprofessional low-level minimum wage employee named Nikita refunded me the money for the product but she wouldn’t refund me the money back for the warranty that I paid for in December 6, 2025 when I bought the product. I spoke with a supervisor the name, Jesus, he didn’t seem like he understood what was going on they must promote within their ranks. He didn’t seem like he had intestinal fortitude to deal with a rude unprofessional employee. I thought Lowes had a dress code It seems like she was wearing house slippers while working at Lowe’s. Easy parking (of course). I think the selection of plumbing fittings may be sparse compared to the other place. Seemed like they had devoted more shelf space to some of the name brand snap together plumbing fittings (shark....) vs copper you have to solder. Fellow stocking that aisle friendly but of no real use. He didnt realize that what I needed was in a separate section of that popular no soldering stuff. (Why do they do that?)

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s in Brockton, MA. I purchased a snowblower, and after completing the sale, employees loaded it into my vehicle. During the loading process, they damaged the snowblower by breaking a part. When I returned to address the issue, the store refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while it was in their care. To make matters worse, the manager on duty, called me a liar and refused to provide her information when I asked for it. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I purchased the item in good faith and expected to receive it in proper condition. Instead, I was left with a damaged product and disrespectful treatment. Wow I went in today just to let some grass seeds and I learned so much thanks to Kristine. She was amazing she didn’t just push me to by the most expensive seeds just all the stuff I needed. I got the rapid grass grow and a 4 and 1 that has feed and weed killer. She was amazing she also helped me with my plants problem I brought plays that need shades but my garden had no cover so July plants burned. Thanks to Kristine I know what plants to get now that need a lot of Sun.
