Lowe's Home Improvement

Lowe's is very dog-friendly place and thankfully I could take dogs there for training when the weather is not the best outside. It gives us trainers the opportunity to take young puppies there or older dogs, for exposure. If you're not handling your dog properly you shouldn't take them anywhere. However if you're looking for a place to aptly train your dog with distractions and different noises and sounds and smells, Lowe's is a great place!

This is a review of their customer service, in particular two staff, Michael and Jo-Jo on 12/21/25. They were awesome, helpful, and friendly when we went to purchase 9ft of vinyl flooring. They spent great care trying to make sure the flooring was even and not creased. Michael then helped us load, unload, and rethink how a 12ft long roll would fit in our car. They both went the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated!

Dont oder nothing from here to be delivered to your home. They will send confused, weird, incompetent people to your home that dont want to do their job, with no supplies and not prepared. Then lowes will state "sorry its a third party company". You can barely get anyone on the phone. I just spoke with customer care representative, and they weren't helpful and claimed someone will contact me in 24 hours. I ordered a dryer that includes parts and installation. the service men didn't provide either. I hate feeling like i was robbed. I just want my fair reimbursement from that. Everything a burn job now and days. Smh. I dont want anymore strange incompetent people coming back to house... the in-store sales representative was nice. Thats it. But find another store to order from! Dont waste y

Awesome staff and manager. The staff is very helpful and friendly, frank the manager was awesome. We did the snow removal for the shopping center during the big storm and the staff supplied us with a snowblower, food and drink. Much appreciated from all the guys

My service was not bad, but the plants I ordered from Lowe’s all are knat infested and have root rot. I have replanted them. I’ve rinsed and clean the roots. I’ve tried everything but because they were not taken care of at the store and I brought them home with knat infestation and root rot. I couldn’t get them back to life. I never had this issue buying from Home Depot, which is a little more expensive but well worth it. I went the cheaper route and went with Lowe’s and my plants only lasted a few weeks. They are all dead soggy with root rot!!!! BEWARE**** Do not buy plants from Lowes spend the extra money go to Home Depot or somewhere else I wasted my money will never ever buy a plant from there again!!!
