A sales representative named Morenzo (the spelling may be incorrect, as I did not want to be obvious while looking at his name tag) provided excellent service. He promptly assisted us with returning an item we had just purchased and was both friendly and courteous throughout the process. He apologized that the item did not meet our needs and explained that it could be ordered online, noting that shipping and handling would be required since it was not currently in stock at any location.

I was buying a snowblower at Lowes on Ave U a few days ago. The consultant on the floor Mihai (spelling may be incorrect) was extremely helpful. He took his time and explained to me everything about the snowblower that I wanted. If it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t made a decision to buy it. I was then dealing with Heaven at the customer service desk/returns. Heaven was very professional and patient. She was very pleasant to deal with.

I would like to report a serious concern regarding my recent experience at your store. While attempting to complete a payment at the checkout, I required assistance from the cashier, as I was unable to finalize the transaction on my own. After the cashier assisted me, additional items were added to my bill without my knowledge or consent. Unfortunately, I did not notice the extra charges at the time of payment and only realized the issue after returning home and reviewing my receipt. I believe this matter requires immediate attention, as it raises serious concerns about improper conduct at the checkout. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Lowe’s on Avenue U. I needed a kitchen faucet and wanted to confirm it was in stock before making the trip. I called the store and let the phone ring for 42 minutes — not a single person picked up. I ended up driving 40 minutes to the store, only to find out the faucet wasn’t in stock at all. Between the unanswered call and the round‑trip drive, I wasted nearly two hours for absolutely nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating that a major retailer can’t manage something as basic as answering the phone. This experience has definitely made me rethink shopping at Lowe’s in the future.

So my review is based solely on the PICK UP DRIVER EXPERIENCE. Today I went into the store to pick up a large water heater. I came in and noticed immediately that there was no one to help me or provide information. After 5 minutes, a representative approached and helped me with my order. Upon review, we discovered that the item wasn't picked. I was not in the location where is should be. The Rep called upon a 2nd rep to help, and it took over 10 minutes to get to male rep to help. I requested to speak to a manager by asking several reps if the head person is in charge. No one seems to know where the manager was or perhaps the reps were intimated by what I would report. Once I found help, the gentlemen took another 10 minutes to get the item. I found this store to be 1. uninviting
