I can always find what I need at Lowe’s. I often use their app to locate things in the store even though it’s laid out the same as every other large Lowe’s. Found some shopping carts on the lumber entrance which is nice if you go in that way. Self checkout was flowing without much of a wait. Store and parking lot are clean.

I had a great experience with sales associates Adam, Nancy and Ruben at Lowe’s. They took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and when the store didn’t have enough of the item I needed, Adam went the extra mile by directing me to the nearest store so I could complete my project. Really helpful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service. Much appreciated

Great experience every time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find the right solution instead of just pointing down an aisle. Store is well-stocked with plenty of options, which makes projects easier and faster. Solid location when you need quality materials and good service.

The absolute WORST customer service and management experience. Visited 2 stores, waited 15 minutes for assistance, no one availabe. Asked for a manager 3 times, Ruben finally showed up. Manager has No product knowledge Called the following day, 5 times. No one answered either at ANY department. They should hust shut the store down. Lowes AI telephone system is not effective . On hold 18 minutes before I was able to speak to a human being.

I had warranty issues with my GE washer & dryer combo. I made many phone calls, filled out many forms online, and went to Lowe's three times… Finally, Ms. Kayla who works for Lowe’s helped me solve all the problems! She was very friendly, patient, and professional in handling my warranty issue and confirmed the repair appointment. Thank you so much for your help, Ms. Kayla!
