Purchased a grill a week ago and requested to have it assembled. Associate said they would assemble the grill, and it could be picked up later in the week. Received an email a few days later that the grill was ready for pickup. Stopped in to get the assembled grill, and it was being given to us still in the box unassembled. That was unacceptable. We asked for the store manager, and Assistant Store Manager Christopher Michael addressed the problem. Chris allowed us to take the floor model fully assembled and was very apologetic. Chris remedied the issue instantly and was a pleasure to speak with. Kudos to Chris Michael for his quick thinking, professional approach and willingness to help. We applaud you Chris. Thank you!! I am only reviewing the online order process at this store as the store itself is fine. I decided to try the online order process for a large order for a renovation project I was doing for a friend. Although a little clunky, I was able to get everything ordered one morning and it was paid for and I got confirmation it was in the system and would be picked. Great, the day passed and then the next day and I hadn’t gotten anything other than the order was delayed. I called the store and was told it would be done the next day and I received an email the next day that it was ready for pickup. I hooked up my trailer and headed over to the store. Went shopping here for the first time and I wasn't disappointed at all. I bought some pvc pipes and the prices were affordable. Lots of household appliances that they have here. The staff were welcoming and polite. They were very helpful with needed information and provided an amazing customer service. I was really impressed.

As a realtor, I'm always going into homes and seeing these really cool DIY projects that I simply must do to my own home. So I end up at Lowe's 3 times a week. 😎 I always find what I need and the staff is always fantastic. There is one specific employee who I developed a friendship with a few months back over a dishwasher that should have been at the Camden store but was shipped to the Dover store instead and she helped me figure out what happened. In my last few visits several sales associates have asked if I needed help. I had one sales associate in plumbing that was very helpful in helping me locate the proper PVC fittings. Another young man at the register help me with ringing up solar salt bags that were located between the exit doors. Well done, Lowe's!
